SHIPPING WHEELS

WheelPrice provides discounted shipping labels, paid by the buyer. Once the buyer completes the purchase and selects shipping, you'll get a label via email and in the transaction message thread in your inbox. Just print the label, attach it to the box, and drop it off with the carrier listed on the label (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL). Your shipping label will include all the necessary information: sender and recipient addresses, shipping service type (like USPS Ground Advantage), ship date, package weight, tracking number with barcode, and carrier-specific routing codes. The label is professionally formatted and ready to print - simply attach it securely to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Ship each wheel in its own box—you'll need four boxes total. Shipping two wheels in one box isn't supported right now. As a general example: if your wheel is around 18"x10" (without a tire), a 20"x20"x12" box should give enough room for padding. You can find boxes like this at Home Depot or Lowe's. Most wheels without tires weigh about 18–25 lbs, so factor that in when entering shipping details.

You can get a shipping estimate by entering the destination ZIP code on any listing page. The estimate will show different shipping speeds and costs based on the package dimensions and weight specified by the seller. This helps you budget for total costs before making a purchase.

Once you receive the shipping label via email or in your seller inbox, simply download and print it on standard 8.5" x 11" paper. Make sure your printer is set to actual size (not "fit to page") to ensure the barcode scans properly. Cut along the dotted lines and securely tape the label to your package.

After you've dropped off the wheels, head to your inbox, open the sale thread, and mark the item as Shipped. Once the buyer confirms they've received the wheels, your payout is automatically triggered and sent to your linked bank account.

AI FITMENT ASSISTANT

The WheelPrice Fitment Assistant is an AI powered tool that helps you find the perfect wheel and tire specs, tailored to your ideal setup. Whether you're looking for a track setup, stance setup, daily driver fitment, off-roading configuration, or any other application, the assistant will provide you with a recommendation.
On desktop or mobile, a floating bubble in the bottom right corner will appear. You simply click the WheelPrice logo and a chat bubble will appear. You can ask any fitment related questions here.
Our AI assistant understands car culture. The more specific details you can provide, the better recommendations you will receive. You can mention your car's chassis code or year, make, and model. Some cars have trim lines that impact fitment (for instance, a Porsche 997 C4S is slightly sider than a Porsche 997 C2S) so be sure to be specific. Below are some examples of what you can ask: What is the bolt pattern on my F80 M3? What specs would you recommend for an aggressive street setup for my F80 M3? What tire size should I run on a 19x10.5 for my F80 M3? What ET (offset) should I run on my F80 M3 to get a flush look? What is the center bore on my F80 M3? What wheels will fit on my F80 M3? What size adapter would I need to get +20 on a 19x9.5 +30? How much do 18" BBS typically cost? The WheelPrice Fitment Assistant is continuously learning new chassis, models and fitment combinations.
The feedback feature enables users to rate the quality of the responses using a thumbs up for positive feedback and a thumbs down for negative feedback. You also have the option to provide written comments, offering more context or specific insights to help us improve future recommendations.
We are continually enhancing our AI platform with new features. Currently, photo uploads and the generation of custom images are not yet supported. Additionally, for less popular chassis with limited data, recommendations may occasionally be inconsistent.
Currently, preferences are session-based. You'll need to re-enter your details for each new session.
Yes, all interactions are encrypted, and we do not store personal data without your consent.
